When I set out to buy my first home, I had many doubts, lots of questions, and no real understanding of the home buying process. Chris Mirelez provided me with all the answers, assurance and an unwavering patience and dedication in helping me find my dream home. He truly exceeded my expectations.

When you think of your average realtor you envision an impersonal, pushy salesperson out to make a quick buck. Chris was NEVER pushy. If he saw that I was not satisfied in any way with a particular listing, he would advise me not to settle for less and to keep looking until "the one" came along. He truly listened to my requests and regularly checked for new listings on the market that I might be interested in. We ended up finding a place that I LOVED, which I never believed I could purchase with my limited buying power. If it hadn't been for Chris making his customers' satisfaction a priority, I would have been less than thrilled with my final purchase.

As an active duty military member stationed overseas, I found myself in need of finding a home in the San Diego area due to my pending transfer back to the States. I was contacted by Chris Marilez via email, and I explained to him that finding a home for me was crucial and it was a very time-sensitive nature due to a short notice change to my orders.

Chris immediately went to work. He searched for homes that matched my criteria and sent me email listings, as well as personally visiting properties and giving me specifics on the home, the neighborhood, surrounding schools, and even the best routes to take for my work commute. Chris' dedication and hard work ethic didn’t stop there. Chris tirelessly put offers on properties on my behalf, took up to the minute photos of properties for me (because I was still overseas), and would send me emails with 30, 40, even 50 photos attached!

When his tireless work paid off and the offer on my current property was accepted, Chris was not only there throughout the closing process, but he was there to help me with advice on everything from landscapers to home improvement suggestions. He has made my home buying experience become one that has been very close to seamless.
